Booking an appointment

Appointments are requested through the BodyWitness online booking calendar.

Available appointment times are shown in Europe/London time.

All appointments, including the 20-minute consultation, must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Selecting an available time does not mean that payment has been taken or that the appointment is fully confirmed.

Payment by bank transfer

BodyWitness does not currently accept card payments and does not use PayPal, Stripe or another online payment gateway.

Payment is made manually by bank transfer.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.

For example:

BW-smith-01012027

Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received and verified.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, BodyWitness may cancel the booking and release the appointment time.

Session prices

20-minute consultation

£20

A short conversation before booking a longer session. This is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you are looking for and understand what to expect from BodyWitness.

The consultation is not a touch therapy session.

60-minute touch therapy session

£120

A thoughtful session with time to slow down, receive attentive care and reconnect with yourself.

75-minute touch therapy session

£145

A little more time to settle into the experience without feeling rushed.

90-minute touch therapy session

£165

A longer session with generous time to arrive, relax and receive thoughtful, restorative touch.

Cancelling or rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting BodyWitness at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or alternative appointment, except where BodyWitness agrees otherwise due to the circumstances.

The same 48-hour policy applies to the 20-minute consultation.

Travel sessions

BodyWitness is based in Basildon, Essex.

Travel sessions may be available across the UK for an additional case-by-case fee.

The fee may take into account:

• Travel time

• Distance

• Equipment required

• Time of year

• Public holidays

• Appointment time

• Travel arrangements after the session

• Early-morning or late-evening appointments

Because every journey is different, a flat UK-wide travel fee is not available.

Please contact BodyWitness with your location and preferred date so that an individual travel fee can be discussed before the appointment is confirmed.
